Haunted Mansion Holiday

One of our favorite things about Disneyland at this time of year is the Haunted Mansion. Every year since 2001, the Haunted Mansion closes for a couple of weeks in September and re-opens as the Haunted Mansion Holiday, featuring the music, themes and characters from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. Looks cool, huh?

I don't know if you know that I'm not all Disney like you guys...but I love Nightmare Before Christmas. Tim Burton has been less than impressive the last few years, but I will always remember going to the free screening of Nightmare back in the Burbank days. You can probably guess that I'm willing to cross my fingers for Burton's Sweeney Todd...Please don't screw it up!

Yeah this is the best ride in the park during this time of year. Especially when everyone starts singing the "La, la la la la la" song...

Yeah, fun! We've only been once, but love when they transform the part like this...it's so cool!
